Learn 4 Life Newsletter 7th June 2024

Dear Parents, Carers, and Students,

Welcome back! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable half-term break. As we embark on the last term of this academic year, I am filled with pride and excitement for the weeks ahead. Our first week back has been nothing short of fantastic, with students returning with enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent behaviour, and engaging actively in their lessons.

One of the highlights this week was in our Food Tech class, where the students baked some lovely lemon biscuits. The delicious aroma filled the corridors, and I must say, the biscuits tasted as good as they smelled! It’s wonderful to see our students enjoying and excelling in practical skills that they can carry forward in life.

A special shout-out goes to Tiegan for her amazing, kind, and thoughtful chocolate strawberries. They are, without a doubt, the best I have ever had! Her creativity and generosity are a shining example of the positive spirit we cherish at our school.

I would also like to commend Michal and Nathan for their participation in an exhilarating go-kart session. Their enthusiasm and sportsmanship were truly inspiring, and it was fantastic to see them enjoying themselves and highlighting their skills.

As we move into the final term, I encourage all students to continue their hard work and maintain their excellent behaviour. Let us make the most of the time we have left in this academic year, supporting each other and striving for our best.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. Let us work together to make this last term memorable and successful.

Warm regards,

James McAlpine
Headteacher
