Congratulations to Sophie who works on Mobile.
Sophie has been nominated as staff of the month for showing real commitment and dedication to her role and the company. We are recognising Sophie for the excellent work she did in respect of transitioning a young person to a new home. Sophie used her natural character and ability to ensure that he was put at ease and the transition went smoothly. Sophie has also been invaluable, in helping another young person with her GCSE revision and giving her extra support and tutoring outside of school. Sophie has an effortless natural ability in the role. For a relatively new and experienced member of staff you have shown maturity, quick progression and an eagerness to get successful outcomes.
