RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER- WATERWORKS

Waterworks is an Ofsted Registered Children's home with a difference. It is one of the largest narrow boats on the canal network and provides accommodation for one young person. Young people are encouraged to become fully
involved in the boating community and
undertake qualifications enabling them to assist in the operation of Waterworks. Theirinvolvement is essential to the daily running of the vessel and they are given opportunities to gain new skills which will be transferable to all areas of their lives.
REGISTERED SERVICE MANAGER (Supported Living)
Our supported accommodation service provides a stable, nurturing environment for young people aged 16+ who are leaving care and preparing for independent adulthood. We offer two self-contained flats, enabling young people to learn independence while still receiving 24-hour onsite support.
We are looking for someone who is experienced working with children, preferably with management experience to oversee our supported accommodation service and ensure excellence in care, compliance and outcomes.
Maintenance Person
We are looking for a full-time or part-time maintenance person to be responsible for ensuring all our homes & services are safe, compliant and well maintained. You will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance schedules and providing regular updates to the management team. This hands-on role involves using your practical skills to carry out repairs, maintenance and improvements, as well as overseeing contractors. You will have a proactive approach to identify improvements, introduce sustainable practices and ensure all facilities, equipment and grounds meet regulatory standards while supporting the daily operations of the Home.
