We were extremely proud to be asked to take part in the following National Recruitment Campaign for Residential Child Care. The camera’s followed a couple of our staff around for the day to record a typical day in the life of a residential childcare worker.
The campaign reflects that qualifications and previous experience are not necessarily the most important attributes for workers in this sector. As the strapline says, “if you care….you can”.
