
SEXUAL HARASSMENT AWARENESS
From 26th October 2024 there is a new duty to take 'reasonable steps' to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, which is a step up from the previous duty, and requires proactive measures to be implemented.
This includes preventing sexual harassment committed by workers and by third parties.
