Care Afloat Ltd has been supporting young people for nearly 40 years. We have experience of delivering different types of residential care for young people including group living, solo homes and mobile services. Many of our young people leave us to live independently as part of their preparation for leaving care, and whilst we are proud to witness their transition to adulthood they often tell us that they wish to stay with us, in the place that they call home. This is the very reason we have established SAILS, so that those young people who call us family, can have an easier transition due to continuity of care with familiar surroundings and support staff who already know them.
