Learn 4 Life Newsletter 24th May 24

Dear Parents, Guardians & Students,

As we come to the end of the first half of the summer term, we reflect on a period filled with enthusiasm, engagement, and notable achievements. It has been a great start to the summer term with lots of engagement from the students.

We have witnessed an outstanding attitude from our students, particularly those sitting exams. Your dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and we are hopeful that this positive momentum will continue into the next term.

This week has been particularly eventful: In Snooker, students highlighted their skills and sportsmanship in a fun and competitive environment.

Our aspiring chefs made delicious vanilla slices, demonstrating creativity and teamwork in the kitchen.

Students participated in a Dragons’ Den style lesson, presenting innovative ideas, and gaining valuable insights into the world of business and careers.

Today, James and Mel are attending an Autism conference in Manchester. This conference is a fantastic opportunity for them to enhance their understanding of autism and learn about best practices that will benefit our school community.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to James and his partner, Amy, who will be getting married on Wednesday, 29th May. We wish them all the happiness in their new journey together.

As we approach the May half-term, we want to remind everyone that school will close today. We hope everyone has a wonderful break and returns refreshed and ready to start the next term on Monday, 3rd June.

Thank you all for a fantastic term. We look forward to seeing everyone after the break, ready for more learning and achievements.
