Star of the month February 2024

Congratulations to all of our nominees this month, you really are all stars for the excellent work you are doing.

However, the overall Star of the Month for February is Anita. Anita was recently awarded ‘Outstanding’ in the area of Leadership & Management following her Ofsted inspection where they recognised what we already know. Anita is a supportive manager and advocates on behalf of her team. She often goes above and beyond and motivates her team to do the same. She has deservedly earned the respect of her teams and is able to lead and develop them well. Anita is ambitious for the young people and has successfully created a culture of positivity.
